The Elusive Comfort Zone

This workshop is covering two 'hip-and-torso'-based suspensions.
The first one is called kakaezuri (抱え吊り), where ukete-san (受け手さん) is embracing her thighs (腿抱え, momo-kakae),
The second one is a cross-legged suspension (胡座吊り, agurazuri). In this version, the legs are placed in a more challenging lotus position.
Both versions have their own positional challenges. Without head support, the kakaezuri will be taxing on the neck. Without proper integration of the upper body (助半身, johanshin), the agurazuri would look awkward.

Catering to the Requirements of ukete (受け手)

Both suspension types can easily provide several hours of comfortable airtime. They are also 'safe', because no excessive load is placed on the upper arms (高手, takate).
Floating comfortably doesn't necessarily induce head space or gets you rope-drunk (縄酔い, nawayoi). The shibarite (縛り手) therefore needs a strategy to properly engage his rope partner.
Depending on your relationship the range of in-air activities is almost limitless.
Important when inflicting pleasure:
Do so responsibly, respectfully, and consensually.
