Air Time
This course features two models and plenty of lectures.
The highlights are the seiza suspension (seizazuri, 正座吊り) and the various floor and air possibilities afforded by the Yukimura-style feet tying techniques.
There is also an impromptu play and improvisation session that ends up in an arm-embrace suspension.
